Crestview Analytics provides professional intelligence and lead data to real estate developers, wealth managers, and commercial lenders.

Our database contains 5,800+ verified BC professionals (physicians, dentists, veterinarians, specialists) with property ownership and income data.

This policy covers how we collect, use, store, and protect that data.

3. What Personal Information We Collect

  • Names
  • Professional license numbers
  • Contact information (phone, email, mailing address)
  • Professional credentials and licensing status
  • Property ownership records (residential and commercial)
  • Corporate structure (holdco information)
  • Billing/income history (physicians only, 13 years of data)
  • Professional affiliation and practice information

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information from publicly available sources including:

  • BC Property Tax Assessment data
  • BC Land Title Office records
  • Provincial professional licensing bodies (BCPS, Dental BC, etc.)
  • Public business registries
  • Professional directories and mailing lists

Important: No personal data is collected directly from individuals; all data is compiled from public and licensed third-party sources.

5. How We Use Information

  • Verify professional credentials and ownership
  • Compile lead lists for business development
  • Analyze income and investment capacity
  • Create market intelligence and trends analysis
  • Maintain database accuracy and freshness

6. Who We Share Information With

We do NOT sell or share personal information with third parties, except as permitted by law or with explicit consent.

We share data ONLY with:

  • Customers who have signed our Terms of Service and Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Legal authorities if required by law (with notice where permitted)
  • Our service providers (hosting, data processing) who are bound by confidentiality agreements

Customers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and not resell or unauthorized share the data.

7. Data Accuracy, Freshness & Updates (2025 Current Data)

Our database is updated ANNUALLY as of January 2025, ensuring the most current and recent professional data available in BC.

Professional information changes; customers should verify data independently for uses beyond 12 months from purchase.

8. How Long We Retain Data

  • Crestview retains master database records indefinitely for quality assurance and historical analysis
  • Customer purchase records retained for 12 months; then deleted or archived per data retention schedule
  • Customers must delete data within 30 days of contract termination

9. Security & Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security safeguards including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Firewalls and network security
  • Employee confidentiality agreements
  • Regular security audits
  • 24-hour breach notification protocol

Note: No system is 100% secure; see Terms of Service for liability limits.

10. Your Privacy Rights Under PIPA

  • Right to Access: Request details of info held; we respond within 30 days
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data; we respond within 14 days
  • Right to Deletion: Request permanent removal; we respond within 30 days
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: (if applicable to opt-in data)

Customers using our data for outreach must comply with:

  • DMAchoice and CMA Do Not Mail registries

12. Third-Party Data Sources & Legal Basis

  • Public records (no consent required per PIPA § 4.3.8)
  • Licensed vendor data (obtained under data licensing agreements)
  • Anonymized/aggregated physician data (no patient records included)
